With a passion for working in group and family therapy, I work at unraveling and interconnecting the intricate constellations of personal experiences within your dynamic relationships.
It is my belief that the ultimate goal as a therapist is to empower individuals, groups, and families to achieve a greater sense of self-awareness, emotional well-being, and healthier relationships.
Whether it's helping individuals find their voice, aiding groups in resolving conflicts, or assisting families in strengthening their bonds, my approach is holistic and tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client I work with.
Alyssa is a Supervising Clinician for Threefold Health.

Kristina’s approach to counseling is integrative, meaning that she utilizes a variety of methods to fit your needs. She firmly believes that you are the expert of your own experience, and that sharing your experiences can sometimes be painful. Kristina strives to create a safe space for you to process these events and grow into your best possible self.
A phrase we hear often is “progress, not perfection.” The truth is that it’s easy to become caught up in a “quick fix”; however, the road to hope can take time and it can be filled with many ups and downs. As you get to know one Kristina, and she gets to know you, you will find that your time spent together fosters not only a hopeful future, but a path toward acceptance and growth. You can find comfort in knowing that, through patience and understanding, Kristina will be next to you as you find hope, build resilience, and achieve your therapeutic goals.
