Nutrition Classes are a hands-on experience with Sarada Bernstein and are open to anyone who is looking to empower themselves when it comes to their health and wellness and their relationship with food.   

Topics include but are not limited to:

• Shaking the Salt Habit
• Portion Distortion
• Sugar Overload
• The facts on Fat
• Eating on the Run
• Easy Family Meals
• Eating from the Season much, much more!

Details: Classes are 1 hour long.  All ingredients are provided. Cost: $175

• Work with Sarada to set priorities, establish goals, and create individualized action plans which acknowledge and foster responsibility for self-care.
• Details: Initial sessions 1 hour, follow up 45 minutes. Rate $125

• A grocery store tour is a hands-on education session where I take my clients out of the office into the real world.
• We will tour the store and discuss what a healthy shopping trip looks like. Aisle by aisle
• The tour can also help participants compare products and make healthy choices within their budget. 
• Details: Tours are 1 hour long. Tour includes product sampling, and educational materials to support teachings. Cost $175. 

Sometimes there are obstacles to coming into the office, but our support is still available. Our clinicians can meet you over a HIPAA compliant remote connection.
